Description
Another design of the female Netherlands form hetalia.
I made the drawing with pen then scanned it and colored it with picnik option doodle.

The design:
I used the following uniform (the first one at the top road) and edited some things: [link]

I used the scarf the male Holland has and made the colours red, so the male had blue and the female part has red.

Well not much left to say, you're free to use this design for anything along as you credit me.
