Peron's tree frog.I was surprised to find this little fella was on my kitchen window one night. I only managed one quick shot before he jumped off.

I've always found it strange that when it rains, my froggies all seem to come to my back door and climb up it, sometimes to the height of about 5 feet. It's almost like they want to come in out of the rain. Maybe this one of yours was doing the same hehe

Frogs have been a bit scarce the last couple of years because of the heat and the drought. Hopefully they will come back again in greater numbers.
This was the first time one has climbed onto my kitchen window.

Not for the last couple of years Kay. The last two summers were very hot and dry. They came back somewhat in October which was wet.
I have a little frog who lives in a pot plant in my sunroom. He disappears for weeks at a time, but he always comes back.

Taking photos through a window always leaves a haze on the pictures - no matter how clean the windows.
I usually gimp that out too Β
I can often see it when I look at other photos. I don't know if it's dirt lenses or just their camera?

I have trouble with reflections, especially when using a flash. It always shows up the dirt!
