back in january one of the dogs decided to eat the laces out of two pair of my converse, so in early feburary i ordered replacement ones online. long story short, they forgot to charge me shipping (and even the original order said free shipping) and instead of just giving me free shipping since they already billed me, they decided to keep making excuses and finally they just canceled the order because they really wanted the $6 for shipping.

i love converse and have several pair and have worn them for a long time, but after that shit i'm definitely complaining.

yeah, it's ridiculous.

it actually doesn't happen that often and the few times i've had trouble with a website and ordering, they were always quick to correct it and were super nice about it.
