Judging by the lack of bold, black lines in the last step, it looks like you transfer your drawing to a new piece of paper for the coloring phase. Do you use a light table?

I don't have a light table, but I use my old laptop which has a screen big enough to fit a paper on it. So I just start it up and open a big blank image on full screen, to get the brightest light out of it.

A decent-ish A4 sized light pad * is like US$20 and uses a lot less electricity. Plus it's easier to tape paper down on one of these.
*With them new-fangled Light-Emittin' Dye-Oads they got now, these pad things are as thin as the tread on my tires! I gifted my bulky old light box to someone who does quilting.

Thanks for the info! I haven't been on the look for one before, but maybe I'll consider it given how cheap you can get one.

That's a creative workaround. I might try that...
