That's a really amazing character design. I tried designing a police force of the future for a comic I was once going to make but it failed. This is really awesome.

I like how ya colored this one. The bar code at the bottom adds a cool effect. How'd you get the blue light so bright? I guess ya used colored pencil and Photoshop to color this?? Ya got talent man. I'm especially impressed being that you're the same age as me. Great work. I realized that as I went through your gallery, I had the urge to pic up a pencil and start sketchin' something. I have mostly photos and photo-manip in my gallery, even though cartoons and comicws are my favorite. Ben from bentoons, Tim Kelly and you are my favorite 3 artists on here.

hummmm Looks wicked awesome. But I'm one to think of the most practicle use of everything so here are some suggestions.
The concept is awesome but since this is a Navy SEAL they would cut back on a few things. First would be the boots. They are just too big to be useful no matter what they can do.
And second would be the gloves. Though not as big as the boots they are still rather large and can get in the way of a few things.
Everything else I can let pass because it has to have some sort of function. Now you can say that I'm nit picking or that this is just your style but this is what I see. (and I do understand that your style is with big hands and feet.)
Over all its very good and the gritty look is wonderful. Not someone I would want to be on the bad side of.

The idea for this is really cool. But the position and composition of the figure looks a lot like others you have done. Such as the pelvic tilt and the hands. It's good exercise to try and mix some of it up. Great job though.
