yeah, this has kinda been an overused subject here in DA but I figured I'd give it my usual Urbanized touch.
the designs are slightly different from the one's I had for them on my "Urban Justice" and "Urban Saiyans" pieces.
doesn't really matter to me who wins in this fight, but its pretty symbolic in a West VS East kind of way, and as for the pose, very much inspired from those usual flying kick glamour poses in movies and comicbooks, not very original really.
I originally planned for this simply to be a kick pose, and I added the heat vision/ki effect at the last minute.
next on my urban series would be "Urban Nickelodeon". watch out for it XD

I really like the visual effect on Superman's laser vision. Yes, I know that it's really heat vision, but whenever he does something epic with it, I can only think of it as lasers of awesomeness. -vision.

Both of them appear to be younger versions of themselves. That aside, I think Superman would at least work his way up to super saiyan 4 ( even if it's not official) When Goku starts winning, superman will find a way to outthink Goku since he's not the smartest. If the fight doesn't end up destroying the earth. Goku and Superman are likely to become friends due to their friendly personalities and similiar backgrounds and lives.

They should totally make an urban Dragonballz. It'll be a nice twist instead of just redubbing the same episodes, over and over.

Normally, the fight would go to Goku (because he's ridiculously overpowered). However, this appears to be a younger version of both characters, so I honestly don't know who would win (as Superman wouldn't have finished developing and Goku wouldn't have become super-saiyan yet).

Goku also has one weakness, he can get sick like a normal human being. There doesn't need to be a fight, Superman can just X-ray him the whole time and kill him with cancer.

Okay... I LOVE the Superman design... you pretty much made my day with the red jacked... black T with the classic logo and blue jeans look.

Great work man. I really liked the swirl around supes eyes, it feels like hes about to unload a serious dose of his heat vision. Great choice in terms of backgrounds the plain black really puts the focus back on the two characters and the central action. Great job!

Nice. The colors really work - they're the exact kind I expect from television screencaps.
The glow effect for supe's eyes is a little much, maybe.
