hmmm... it's about 5~6 inches tall. So, it's not actually THAT small. It was easy enough to work with. Did you see the whole Chun-Li body sculpture I made too? That one was more of a challenge!

I have a crush on this fighter since I was 11. I make sketches of her, but never had the ability to make something like this...maybe I can make something from my cook book about her.

Chun-Li...not Chung-Li...why do people miss spell her name all the time?
Sound a little difficult, but I think I'll start that project once I reach my vacation period. I'll need to use one of my Chun-Li photos, and find the colors for the cake. Yah, this will work!
By the way, check out my gallery, I draw alot of Chun-Li, and as soon as I my computer comes back, I'll have a boat load of Chun-Li art. I'm a Chun-Li artist.

Chung sound like some sort of Chinese fungus realy. Chun-Li is chinese for "Spring Beauty". I'm learning a bit on the chinese language.

It's normal water clay. I fired it so now it's solid.

i'm trying to teach myself how to sculpt and was wondering when you did this did you add to it or take away from it when sculpting???
this is so GOOD, you should cast your busts and sell em, you'd make a killing...

I did this about a year ago. It was a test sculpture for a full body sculpture of Chung-Li.

depending on the area I would use different a process.
Add on: Hair, neck collar, ears, nose, and buns.
Take away: Eyes, mouth, and chin

Hello I would like to know that material you use to make your sculpture?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Xenogia In reply to ARDEC [2006-08-29 21:38:55 +0000 UTC]
it's an oil based type of clay... Roma Plastilina #2... no.2 means the hardness of the clay... no.3 being the softest I believe.
