second- yeah, i think had there been stricter gun control this event wouldn't have happened. apparently the shooter had been to jail 2 times before the incident, yet he still legally obtained his firearms.
even still, another half is the religion problem and the lack of criticism directed toward bigotry fueled by islam tbh.
