Agony devours beings and adds their life and form to himself!

To elaborate, he sort of, mutates, integrating their DNA with his, and has the ability to transform into the different forms he has gathered via devouring their body, but NEVER does so voluntarily, because not only does their physical form integrate with him, but so does their soul. So their personalities from their past life emerges with the form he takes. And instead of going on to whatever afterlife there is, they are stuck in his body. And if Agony, his main white form dies, the souls will be stuck in purgatory. So, instead of the souls letting him die, they usually emerge to protect him better in his current situation, be it physically, socially, or mentally.
Also, the forms he takes ignores the being's gender, so Agony will always..er..have a penis ^ ^' but his mannerisms may be female-esque, he may develop breasts, and his voice may change to match or become close to that of the soul currently in control of his body.
However, with the voices, the soul's voice may come out clearly, but Agony's physical vocals will speak as well, and so there will always be a double voice speaking, aka two voices speaking at the same time.

Agony as himself:

Agony, the main being, the white one, is brave, and will do anything to protect those he cares about. He is also stern, and uncompromising when it comes to his personal actions. Though methodical, he is a man of action, not words, although he puts careful thoughts into what he does and thinks far ahead before acting.
Outwardly he is a quiet, passionate being. Those he protects often find his protection and care alluring. He also isnt shy about physical boundaries, but will respect all boundaries if told what they are.
Often, he finds one person or being that he feels needs protection and company, and sticks with them until they don't want him any longer, or pass away. Or if he devours them :'D But that hasn't happened yet thank goodness ^ ^
His other forms often limit his need to protect to one person, as they all agree he falls in love too easily, especially those he takes on to protect.

How did this devouring begin if he is so protective and caring??

Well, he met a demon. This demon had been cursed with one body being shared by three different beings entirely. Agony had came across the demon's evil form, named Hannibal. Hannibal was killing mercilessly, and Agony defeated him, or almost did, before the demon in a last ditch effort, binded with Agony's body, and infused himself, and the two other demons living inside that body, with Agony's.
Hannibal, the evil demon, is what is capable of eating and devouring and infusing souls into one body. Usually, Hannibal eats the body of the person's soul he wanted, in order to infuse the soul and form with his current body he has. Hannibal began this to escape death and live a life of immortality, and so has done this as many times as he needed to.
Infusing with Agony however, Hannibal did not eat Agony, but rather infused with him without the whole ritual of eating his entire body. Once in Agony, Hannibal tried to "jump" to a different body via the same method, but it didn't work. He tried again and again, and then tried by devouring bodies, but only accumulated the souls of the bodies he devoured..
And so, stuck in Agony, this is Hannibal's last resting place, and he's not planning on dying, ever.
So, the demon emerges to consume a body/soul to add to his number or "lives", like a cat has 9 lives, each body/soul accumulated within this one becomes another buff between Hannibal and death.
But the demon has infused so many times with other bodies, that he cannot survive without a host body. And with Agony being his last and only host body, the demon will do whatever it takes to keep both himself and Agony alive.

Anatomy

Covered in fur that very accurately detect vibrations in the air from any subtle movements, and he uses movement and noise with his bodies to use as an echolocation system to very accurately color their surroundings in their minds. He can "see", in that he can feel wavelengths and their frequencies, and so can detect the differences in things with different colors via vibrations in the air. Undetectable by any other biological creature without eyes.
His wings: his wings were initially for gliding, which they can still do. However, if you pluck the feather, or the feather detaches from the body, the feather fibers harden immediately, and easily becomes a serrated sword or dagger. The feathers grow back relatively quick, within a month. His tail is not a feather, but a tail with tiny feathers that make it appear like one giant feather. It can move very flexibly, and the edges of the feather fibers are hard, like the ends of human nails or anything with nails, and so can be dangerous if used as a weapon.
He has bi pedal legs, and an anatomy similar to humans otherwise. His chest is little bit wider than humans though. They can come in all type of builds though. He is about 7 feet tall from head to foot.
