Luke is boy with some rather interesting friends, most of them alien. He was pretty much the only one in the group that didn't have any special ability, but then that changed once he met with an Ultra-Link alien named Tech. Tech bonded with him, and now with his help, Luke can do all sorts of things.Tech the Ultra-Link

Also, Mega Man can use modes that seem to have inspired Strength and Flight modes.
