Overall this design looks really nice.  It's clean, the content is prominently displayed in a clean way and navigation is easy to find.  You've definitely hit all of the important points for web page layout.

Most of the criticisms I'd offer are questions about the size and scale of things.  Your screenshot is clearly from a much larger display than I have, and I don't know how the page would scale when shrunk down to fit in a more standard display size.  So it's possible my complaints aren't actual problems.  So when I make these comments I'm looking at the fully zoomed in version, I'm guessing that's closest to the way it'd look live based on the font size.  Anything smaller than full zoom makes the text too small to read.

The picture at the top is really pretty and works beautifully within the layout.  However, it's really large, it takes up roughly 1/3 of my screen.  I suspect it would make for some awkward scrolling when reading the articles.  It's size would ensure that I'd always need to scroll down to see the content, and would feel like a bit of a barrier between the content and the navigation menu since I'd have that extra scroll to reach the menu at the top of the page.

The font size overall seems a little small to me.  The font you've picked is great, the lack of flourishes and frills makes it a lot cleaner and easier to read.  Just with a crappy monitor that small size could cause problems when reading a full article.  The menus are nice and clear since they have lots of empty space around them, but I wonder how it feels to click on them.  I'd be annoyed if I had to get the mouse over the text to click the as it's a fairly small target.  It's always better if important links like that don't need precision, you just throw the mouse in the general direction and are able to hit it.

The left and right margins seem like a lot of wasted space.  The empty fields of white make it feel a little dull.  I think you made the right choice not stretching the text to the edge of the screen as that would hurt the readability, but it just seems like something should be there.  At the resolution I'm using there's about a quarter of the horizontal screen space that's blank, zooming the picture out and the text feels a little lost in the white.  

Still though this is a very clean layout that has a lot of professional qualities  to it.  As Draebox mentioned the little framing you did for the images and menu is an excellent touch.  The simple pagination at the bottom looks really nice.  You have a lot of great work in this!

I love the clean design. Many of your designs are in my favourites, but I spotted that you wanted a comment for this one over at Project Comment.

+ The choice of image for the header brings a nice splash of colour
+ The latest news circle is a wonderful idea that really helps to bring attention to the news as it's being a circle contrasts nicely against the otherwise straight lines in the design layout.
+ Font selection is a good choice - easy to read. improvement suggestion: may be worth increasing the paragraph font size a tad though).
+ The aside/quote blockquote is nicely contrasted against the back, but without causing the viewer to overlook the may content. improvement suggestion: it may be worth darkening the font contained there to hex code 221f29 to make it easier to read.
+ The use of the Lineage III logo on the left side of the design both at the top and the bottom lets fans of that game imprint know immediately that they're at a site they probably wanted to get to (the Z view)
+ paginations are nice, and work beautifully with the post footers
+ image innerborders and the border under the topmenu are a nice touch!
+ The simplicity of the topmenu and the footer is fantastic! improvement suggestion: it may be worth increasing the font size of the top links in the topmenu a tad. 

Overall, this is a beautifully clean design.

Great! Just the font size and overall typographie is awful How about making the line height a little bit bigger and using a bigger text as this will improove overall look and readability
