The hitbox is a little wonky. Seems like it only hurts if it hits you on the head. The art in this is a little odd too, some seems really smooth and professional and then the rest is very pixelated.
The gameplay is good, but could be refined. The wave of bullets which are entire rows that go to the left or right and down can be avoided by staying in one place which is safe for one row. This could be fixed by using more randomly generated positions. Of course, I never made it too far on any difficulty, so I can't say if you did do positions randomly at all.
The menu text is a little hard to read.
Anyway, that's my critique, as a regular comment.
Fantastic job with this, I never made if very far but I have a feeling it gets to be pure hell. Bullet hell. x3

I didn't mean to make easy more difficult, it just kinda feels like you can cheat through the waves.
And it's unnecessary to throw my advice back into my face, just don't use it. 
Obviously you prefer "good game 153" comments over ones which are actually trying to be helpful.

Also, if you look at 2:20, you can see where the inspiration for the infuriating gears thing came from.
And I don't really like "Good game" comments. They're so boring.
