WARNING: yaoi, slash, crack(?)...I'm not the first person to genderbender them you know...
First off, I LOVE disney classics. I really enjoyed watching ariel and aurora and etc... back when i was younger...still do, as a matter of fact. I appreciate their characters just the way they are....Altering their gender's like some freaky frankenstein surgeon is just my fleeting(?) fancy....
I had fun with this...I had to make use of the last few pages of my sketchpad so I sketched and sketched and sketched....I really based the expressions and stuff off screenshots from the movies (very blurry,crappy ones, I might add)...I would've done more...but I got lazy...and I wanted to post something...
My favorite would have to be Briar (Aurora/Auror?...NOT the wizard police,k? And Briar can be a guy's name...I guess)....I definitely had fun turning Aurora into a guy...and you can see a sketch of him in his formal wear...he's like 'WTF...it's pink!'
Belle w as soooo annoying to do coz every move she makes is so effeminate! Have you noticed she tiptoes when she walks? Who does that? Meh..love her anyway.....
Ariel was fun tooooo....Chopping off her hair made her/him have the same hairline as Eric...which is weird...
I would've drawn Cinderella but she bugs me...I don't know why.....I think it's the fact that she nor her prince did anything about their happily ever after (plus, her daydream-y-ness almost prevented their happy ending)....but then again, the same thing goes for Snow White...a boulder and a bolt of lightning ending up being the hero...
Well...there ya go...the manselves of my top three disney heroines!
Flames will not be ignored...they will be laughed at...

came back to see the image again because i am a fan of Male Belle X Beast, and re-read your description.
regarding Belles motions and movements being too "effeminate", thing is when they were animating belle her movements were based off ones done by a Ballerina while dancing. that's why shes got such a feminine movement style, shes practically dancing while she walks.

I'm sorry to keep commenting on so many of your pictures - loving the Beauty and the Beast pics - the look on the beast's face as they're dancing - and the look on Belle's ( ?? ) face as the beast growls at him.

I love all this scenes you have draw!!
And I think that classic movies are wonderful too!!... I just think that, to have seen some gay princes or heros on my childness would be so cute and so inspiring too... our society would not b with so much conflicts and discrimination if we all love and model this kind of characters, that's my tought ^^

Ooooh...not really....good suggestion! I can imagine doing Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty) and Cruella de Vil (101 Dalmations)...but I can't imagine doing Ursula...*shudders*
I might just do that in the future when I have enough time and the will to draw...
