you should try work with V4 model. muscle morphs, ++morphs and shefreak morphs.
Genesis is too manly model.

Morphs are a combination of various characters using Genesis and the displacement and bump maps are kind of my own. I edited them heavily to give thicker veins and a sharper definition .
