FIRST AND FOREMOST: APPLEJACK IS BEST PONE (Rarity is my fav pone and Spike is the best character on the show). Now that that's out of the way...So this is the first of several MLP/Sonic mash-ups I'm doing. When I first got into MLP Applejack was my fav but I am a sucker for her complete opposite, Rarity (I would totally ship AJ+R if AJ+RD didn't make perfect sense). I can't say the Same for Bunnie's complete opposite, Antoine. At least they are a couple now.
I got the idea for doing this because wtf not. AJ as a bunnie was fun to do. I tried so hard not to make it look like her her human verse self. Her belt was just a coincidence I promise you! Like honestly if you were gonna make AJ more anthropomorphic and you give her clothes, you almost have to give her an apple belt buckle! lol Bunnie Pony was super fun to do. Cyborg Pony! I wanted cell her colors like the show but I decided not to since I'm not doing a background for it.
Here, Applejack just switched hats with Bunnie.

Bunnie Rabbot. She's awesome! In a lot of ways (and I'm excluding the obvious American southern charm they both share) they are more or less the same character. She first appeared in the early Archie comics along side the Saturday morning Sonic cartoon, Sonic the Hedgehog (aka Sonic SatAM) which debut around the same time. In the show the voice actress who does Chuckie's voice Rugrats (she also did the voice for Dexter from Dexter's lab). She is half roboticised by Robotnik. That is why she has a robot arm and legs.

I love seeing these two together, though I think it's the first time I've seen them kinda 'swapped' like this.

I haven't seen a lot of this pairing to be honest. Maybe I haven't been looking hard enough for them. I swear if Christine Cavanaugh was "magically" slated to voice Applejack from the get go I would've became a fan of the show a long time ago. But it all worked out!
