Well, I wanted a more simple Pony OC than Sundae, so Here we have Orange Swirl. I used to live in Florida, and today I was feeling nostalgic of this place that serves amazing creamsicle Icecream ;A;; So, I made lil Orange here out of nostalgia and love of cute treats <3

Orange Swirl is a simple earth pony. She mostly stays at home to write, and will only have a few close friends, though she'll gladly make friendly acquaintances with others. She just prefers to keep a few friends that she can laugh with, trust with her secrets, and just be a girl with, you know? The mare Has a love of writing, and cooking- thus her cutie mark. As of now, she is training to become a chef, and writes a blog on the side where she critiques cute local stores, and shares cooking tips and cute recipes with her followers. She doesn't have that many followers yet, just celebrated 100 with an orange-chocolate cupcake recipe she found! But she Enjoys writing anyway, for, It gives her a voice... Literally.

Unfortunately, Orange was born a mute. It hasn't affected her too much, besides people thinking she's a quiet person. She was still able to make a few close friends who understood her case when she was a kid, but she was always dubbed as 'quiet' or 'shy', when in reality, she's a really spunky, happy girl when you get to know her. She hasn't told her followers online she's a mute, she doesn't want that to be the center of her blog. Besides, her writing gives her a voice, though it may sound cliche, for her, it's true. Plus, she's gotten along fine without her voice for her entire life, so why should she have to specify it like it was some huge problem? She finds it especially amusing, since quite a few people come to her to vent out their troubles. They know she can keep a secret~

A few facts-

-She's not perfect, But She's pretty good at expressing her thoughts through her body language. She took theater in school, though she was usually a background character, that helped her develop the signs she uses to get around her lack of speech.

- Her blog is called "Orange Dreamcicle" and at first, she posted only orange recipes, but later she decided to start sharing more diverse recipes, even if the blog still has a full section dedicated to orange treats!

- She Likes Oranges. Pretty obvious, but She's proud of her namesake~ She's always happy to find a new recipe that has them in it~

- Though she likes oranges, the fruit, her favorite color is light blue, Go figure!

- She can't speak, but she can still whistle! Whistling doesn't use any vocal chords, and She sometimes uses a soft whistle to get someone's attention. This is usually if she's trying to express something, but the other person cannot see her directly. She doesn't ever do it to be rude.
