It's cute! But I see you've got some problems with proportions. I recommend looking at yourself or at other real people to get an image of real proportions. I find the shoulders too "hilly" and the neck is a bit too small. I also find that the head is a bit big. But I really like the eyes and the hands :3 You've got talent!
