We did actually! His belt is made from real leather too. We bought a hole half of a cow and did some extensive leather working with cutting and dying! It paid off in the end and it is even functional armor.

Seriously though, how long did it take you guys in total - from start to finish? It's so friggin detailed. And the Khal's make up! Wow. ^__^

Lol I know what you mean about the animal hide thing. I have a no cruelty policy towards the animals I choose to consume. We only ever eat grass fed beef from local farmers. I refuse to eat the meat of mistreated animals. If I wasn't dating a body builder I would probably be a vegan lol.
