This is a portrait of the Mercedes SLR Mclaren I completed for my neighbour. He's the head mechanic at Mercedes. I started this piece a while ago and I recently finished it before my 16th birthday. It's one of my favourite drawings that I've completed so far. It's also my favourite car. If you notice the little polygon shaped compartment under each headlight, those compartments are actually headlight winshield wipers! lol This car is amazing. The materials I used were laurentian pencil crayons and paper.SLR McLaren is copyright of mercedes-benz

lol yes i love cartooning and i do most of that in my spare time, pictures like these come up when i kno ill have time to finish them because im so busy, im sure another will pop up soon i was planning to do a fighter jet next

Thanks! no I didn't use a silver coloured pencil I used a combination of three different shades of grey and a black pencil crayon to achieve those values. The original drawing is an 18X24 sheet, I had to get it copied at a copying place in order to post it

I think it would look better if it's just a closeup. Like the front lights and maybe some reflections on the metal. I think it's way too long to make it full lol
