yup........ cause puff and deejay cheets...... puff has a elastic tie and deejay's is a clipp-on........ you'll see if you look close enough......

yup..... didn't knew it ma self before i linked my dads new hughmunges tv up to the videos............... and BAM........... suddenltly i saw a lot of things i never had seen before... my advices........

alredy at 0:17 you see puff up close.... there is no noose on his tie.. barely anything......
sadly the same is counting for axel and deejay... so im more leaning till bad animation now..... though its clearly that axel seems supposed to have tied it himself and either gave up or just didn't care.......

look at time line and stop when it reach 0:17 sec..... and look at puff's neck and tie.............
