You can do a lot of things in SAI that you can't do in photoshop. Certain SAI brushes can recreate traditional drawing tools and effects and is also way faster at blending and getting the proper sort of color pay-off way quicker than you can with PS. It also has a pen stabalizer that PS doesn't have, so doing line art is much easier and smoother with SAI.
PS is just a very powerful program with a lot of filters. I did the drawing of course over several hours and painted it, but after that I ran it through a filter that messed with the colors and gave it that darker grungier look. You can't do that in SAI, but if you knew what you were doing you could recreate the effect easily if that's what you intended to do from the beginning.
so overall, both programs are good. they are tools that you have to learn how to use properly to get the best result out of them, and I am just more familiar with Photoshop than I am with SAI. All that really matters is the end result, how you get to that is entirely up to you and what you are comfortable with. You can even use them both interchangeably :3

I've only gotten SAI a few days ago... and I have no idea how to use it. Don't know how to shade, to make curved lines, to fade, or other things. ;u;

yep!
i might suggest looking into youtube tutorial videos. there's a bunch for sai and photoshop. i even use them and they are really helpful. just not the timelapse ones

lol, I totally agree. Gamzee went insane, thanks to Dave who sent him the ICP video which sort of shattered the make believe world Gamzee created. He also ran out of the supor slime which was keeping his subjuggulator tendencies in check. Nepeta was attacking him, but he grabbed her arm in mid air and slashed his face himself, and then he purposely beat her to death with his clubs.
And no offense taken! Terezi is my patron anyway (Libra), though I do love Gamzee too. When he's not crazy.

I'm.. not really sure I understand the question lol. What is a mobile wallpaper? and will this animation/game or whatever it is be used to make money?
Since it's a fan work, the rights to the character technically belongs to andrew hussie. But i guess if it's a fan made work and will not be sold for money, I wouldn't mind as long as I am credited.

I'm not very good at explaining myself using englsh or others languages, but I'll try to do it:

I don't know if you've got a word to define "the image that appears at the background in a mobile phone". For example, the icon of a company, or the tipical image of waves or flowers that you can put in your mobile.

Do you see the image of the mobile at the right, the one with the girl dressed in white? That's what I mean when I say "mobile wallpaper". I don't know if there's a word in english to refer to it.

No, I won't make money with this animation; it's just fan art; it isn't about Homestuck, but one of the characters likes it, and she has an image in her mobile phone.
