Guinness. He's a puppy - Silas and Willow's son. Oh, and he's fine. This isn't some divine heavenly light or anything, I was just trying to give him some sort of background aside from just plain colour, and wasn't in the mood to draw forest.Related content

sorry, I haven't been home to answer this! Originally, it does go all the way down to his tail, but it was hard to see with the glare in the one photo I did of him. Now seeing how you did him without it, I think I really like it that way and will probably not include it in the future.

lol nothing is wrong with him, I was just doodling. I hadn't drawn a pup yet in this new style. The other one I did doesn't really count, since I'm doing it a little differently than that style. So it was just a picture, and that's how his expression came out. Actually, his head was originally upright, but I couldn't think of a cool position for him, so I ended up rotating it to make him lie down instead.
And then the lights are nothing at all. In the end, I was simply messing around. There's no meaning to them, aside from me just trying create anything but a plain white background.

he DOES look sad, and the background does look a little melancholy/heavenly/divine??? I wouldn't be surprised if many people think this is some sort of spoilerish death scene, but no. I have no plans for him to die or anything XD

Yay! 8D Btw, the change in art is awesome~ Both styles are so different but it works with how the beginning is and how it is now. x3 The beginning seemed very serious and mysterious and the style matched and now that it's more casual and delving into pack life, you've changed the style and it matches perfectly~

I'm trying to figure out the words to describe how great this is. The light effect is perfect. It just gives the picture a great mood. If that makes any sense.

thank you XD I was mostly just messing around, passing the time, and this is what came out. I didn't want to do a "real" background in the woods, there will be enough of that in the comic. I thought the lights came out pretty cool.
