This little guy was the cutest most photogenic fish that kept looking around to be taken photos of. <3Taken with a Canon PowerShot SX10IS 10.0 Mega pixels 20x zoom

I think my words reflect what others are already saying.
With the shot and the noise and the grunge, it really looks like a painted shot. I liked how the fish made it around to your camera and the murkiness was very well portrayed. good sense of post-process too which made it stand out even better.
However, if you want to show it as a picture, it might have to be a little more obvious that it's a picture rather than touching it until it becomes painted-like. I think that's the fine line that makes a photo, a photo.

It is a photoshop-retouched picture. But it is a picture indeed. All I did was make it more contrasted and played a bit with the color patterns to make it more interesting. I love the outcome <3
I also think it looks like those old asian canvases with the asian fish as their subject
