no one in particular (maybe) but most definitely an Alarian... she is rather tall even for her race....ok so I am story mongering... i cant help it >_<

I've noticed. It's an anime thing, though. In the style he's using it's generally accepted that the legs are slightly longer than the upper half of the body, or quite possibly noticeably longer. Doesn't much matter, one way or another.
