This is so bloody good! I actually prefer this style over your more realistic looking pieces because it's more organic. Awesome job, I would like to see more of your sketchbook please!

No, I started out with fineliner (and a brushpen for the arms). At the very end I added some shading with a pencil for extra value, texture and shading. I like to go straight in with pen usually, because it makes me think and keeps my drawing fresh. Also it makes me see/deal with every mistake I make.

Yeah, mostly I use the Pilot Hi-Tec-C or 0.3 staedtler(for tracing paper, Hi-Tec-C doesn't work so well on that in my opinion), they're really nice.
