as the magnificent bastard, the back-alley surgeon Dr. Black Jack.
I made this for her back in October, but only now have we gotten a chance to wear it. xD I love it so much, it was so much fun to make.
The wig has the white wefts all sewn in by hand. It's actually a wisp in 1 from Cosworx. The white wefts I just ripped out of a cheap Hallowe'en wig. Amazingly, they look great!
I don't really wanna give away the secret of the makeup. xD; I figured it out on my own and it took me a LOOOONG time and cost me a LOT of money xD. But I assure you, those are real, not a photoshop job. ^____^ I LOVE the stitches.

Ahhh, the Black Jack manga. How I love thee. If you haven't read it, please do. It's a piece of anime history, as it was one of the first mangas ever aimed at older audiences, written by the creator of Astro Boy, first published in 1973.
After reading it, you may as well kill yourself, because everything after that is a major disappointment.

In fact, let me take a moment to say, Thank you for not telling us this makeup secret. If you did, it'd be popping up everywhere, causing such pictures like this one to longer be such a pleasure to look at.
Anyway, keep at it!
Incidentally, I must say that if I found Black Jack asking me that question, I'd probably be slapping myself for disgracing Black Jack's (and Tezuka's) awesomeness.

You're welcome, my friend. Correct me if I'm misinterpreting, but I take it you are offering me a chance to know the secret? If this is the case, I still pass- I am perfectly fine with the makeup being your own little secret. You, after all, discovered it; therefore, it is to shared and/or hid at your disposal, not mine. Besides, if I ended up finding out, I'd probably end up doing my own attempt at a Black Jack imitation, minus all the originality in this one here.
And by all means, go ahead and expand and expound your techniques as you see fit; for that is the way of a true master.
