Update on 1.6
I have been working allot lately, and havent had time to implement the latest
updates I have created. I am first getting back to my workstation in about two
weeks...the 30 may. The plan is to release it then, and mabye start on a new
project after that.
For the 1.6 I have finished a signal animation... Using it in a new Gmail skin.
Allso I have made a welcome screen with an animation that has become
very long. Its a login animation to ctOS... must say I am very happy about
how it turned out
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 1.5
Mostly just cleaned everything up in this version.
All the bars have now a right and left version, with and without a line.
Combined the folderlinks to one look. Using my new gif loader.
Hope you enjoy the new setup thx ^^
Â
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 1.4
Made some awesome gif loaders. (loading bar that go around in a square)

Made a neat Ip info skin holding local private and public ip
Done with the network graph
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Making the Line Name dynamic ...and also for the rest of the "Line bars".
Making a new network graph.
Changing the Back_Black Background look  for something more stylish.
Also the Profiler whell animation wheel is remade.
I have started working on a combined setup to open multiple bars in one...
kind of a prefix look. Not sure if im going to include it in this update...mabye

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 1.2
Added a Note skin that looks like the "New Objective" from the game.
Made the original ingame icons for the profiler wheel.
New folder icons.
Added some new background markers (nexus, blume and so on)
I was not happy about the search bar look. so changed it again...
I have added the backgrounds to the folder. so you dont need to

how do I change the Marker icon paths? Like the phone or watch dogs icon to go to a game or chrome? Resources only allows to change the wheel. But I want to use the buttons.

there is 1 small change that has to be made when using the RAM-chart.
the "Used" has to be changed to "Free".
other than that, i's an awesome skin

Im new to the whole Rainmeter thing, so uh, how can I change the "Library" skin so that when I click downloads it opens "E:/" Instead? I don't use the Downloads folder instead I use a separate HDD.

Hey, I've been using most of the watch dogs skins, and added up other skins to show other things like battery etc, and i saved it as my layout, but after a while, the watch dogs skin seems to lag, very slow, but when i try other skins seems to be okay. Is there any way to fix these?

What specifically is lagging? Animation, number/percentage update, or something else?

The number in time is lagging, the reaction of animation is slow when i hover onto them and also the marker also, at first it runs fast and smooth, now the frame rate is slow

well the time lags a little because you dont really need to tell the exact second...if you did, you would have to change the time.ini update from 1000 to 50 but be warned, this will make rainmeter require more resources because of the frequency at which it updates. there isnt anything i can do to help on the buttons, it seems even after exiting and reopening rainmeter will reset the animations to be on time with each other until they are clicked on and the execution activates or when dragged...not sure why it would slowdown from that, but it does...try placing them where you want them, right click the markers and disable "Draggable" for all of the animated markers and then exit/close rainmeter completely and start it back up. animation should work fine now except for some reason the search marker seems slightly behind the other 3. hope that helps, any animation besides that markers like the cpu, ram, etc. meters then it is the update rate which as i said before can be sped up but will require more from your computer because of the constant updating at more frequent intervals.

How do you turn the clock into 12h instead of 24h?

onedraco13 In reply to Centhar [2014-06-26 14:49:13 +0000 UTC]
go to the resource folder, edit the measures.ini
change:
[MeasureTime]
Measure=Time
Format=%Hh:%Mm:%Ss
to:
[MeasureTime]
Measure=Time
Format=%I:%M %p
if you want seconds add ":%S" right after the "%M"
if you want the h,m,s to show for hours minutes seconds, do this
Format=%Ih:%Mm:%Ss %p

its a typo...should say free instead. the percentage shows amount used. but otherwise, the math is correct
in the 4 ini files replace Text="Used %1b / Total %2b" with Text="Free %1b / Total %2b"

first of all that is a really awesome rainmeter skin , second i want to know how can you change the games button in the folder.ini to open my Local disk rather than the other destination my Local disk is S????
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
onedraco13 In reply to Spardatron [2014-06-18 18:40:08 +0000 UTC]
edit the ini file where it says LeftMouseUpAction=["shell:Games"] to for example lets open skype
LeftMouseUpAction=!Execute ["C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype \Phone\Skype.exe#"]
or if you want the local disk or and first starting point on a hard drive or flash drive do
for example the main hard drive (C drive)
LeftMouseUpAction=!Execute ["C:\"]

I tried it still not working i even tried copying the Skype thing before it and still not working but i tried other stuff like opening other folders it worked i don't know why its not working (btw the skin that i am trying to edit is located in buttons/folder links/Library.ini)
and I also wanted to know what the code thing does cuz I dont know what it does and it looks awesome so yeah XD

as far as I can say for the code it gives a list of numbers like you are hacking a password but it doesnt stop (same numbers all the time). and you can open a number pad that doesnt do anything except show that you mouse over or leave...there are spots in the ini code for setting what each number does shows the LeftMouseUpAction=!Execute [" "] blank for you to fill in for anything you want them to do. the skype location is in a different place pending on OS and/or where you chose for it to install somewhere else.

Really impressive, especially love the network graph. Perhaps you should include a layout to get users up and running quickly, there are so many skins.
A few technical notes:
- Uptime has errors in the log, you need to put "" around variables that contain spaces.
- All measures are consolidated in a single file which is included with every skin, that means that every skin runs duplicate copies of measures they don't use, which is a waste of system resources. (Check About Rainmeter -> Skins)

Absolutely great! Thank you so much. It's very flexible to customize it, I have one issue however. When you have three Markers next to each other, the animation is not the same so it doesn't look very synchronized. I've tried to fiddle with the animation but i got a tad confused on how to do it exactly. How can I restart the animation on all 3 Markers I have up at the same time?

make sure they are all there, then close off rainmeter (use the hidden notifications arrow on taskbar if icon isnt showing there already, right click icon and exit rainmeter), then open it again

How do I make Disk 2 display my other HDD's information? It just comes up as 100% (same with 3 & 4).
Loving the skin though, keep up the good work!

I have a question man, I see in the pic that you don't have Taskbar, how did you take it off?
Also, this is so far my favorite rainmeter thing

I have a taskbar, but didnt include it in the preview image. To hide the taskbar you can right click it and go to properties. Here you can choose to hide it automatic.
Also, Im glad you like my rainmeter thing ^^
