Description Okay so you may have seen my Forge world inquisitor model already, well this is him and his retinue, i had ALOT of fun with this squad and will probs keep adding to it where i can.

the 2 cloaked guys actually came with the inquisitor model from forge world, they will count as weapon smiths.

next we have the carin wraith models that will be counting as daemon hosts

then theres 2 dark eldar models and a cultist that i liked from dark vengeance set (converted a bit) these guys will be death cult assassins.

like i said i will be adding more and more to this unit over time.

absolutely love the color blue you went with, I would have liked these models anyway, everything looks so cool, but that blue just makes it for me

Really really awesome setting! What is the hooded guy (upper row second pic) carrying? Holy Burton Snowboard?

my apologies i was just browsing my comments and noticed i answered with the wrong miniature haha. yeh the short hooded guy (there are alot of hooded guys in my defence ) the top left 2nd along image. he is holding a sword sheath for my inquisitor. it is one of the models that came with him and is totally unconverted.

i thought u ment the guy with the blue mask (bottom left)

^^ I already wondered, what kind of helberd thart would be, but thought, he built it, he is right - its not upon me to question anyone

Thanks for the correction ^^

its a conversion of a grey knight nemesis force halberd blade, he had an axe before.

That's a miniatura I really like. Good painting as well. He looks striking in those colors

I really like what you've made with the two cultists, specially the one with the bigass halberd

Nice work! Just wondering, what scale are they in? Normal 40K scale, or the larger =][= Inquisitor scale? That Inquisitor looks like a conversion of a =][= scale model...

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

WoodlandHermit In reply to LordCastigator [2013-07-23 21:48:00 +0000 UTC]

its normal warhammer 40k scale the inquisitor is a forge world model and is for use in the grey knights army book (as they work with the inquisition) www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer...

i have dabbled with inquisitor but lost my models some how, they might be in the loft.. if i played it again id probs just use standard models like these.

hope that helped!

Forge World? That'll explain the level of detail, not bad at all. I am considering a Forge World Order, though I do have other targets for that. Could add it tho...

Hate when I loose models. Put in all that effort, then it vanishes. Gotta admit, I am more of a converter...

i do like to convert, especially building my own hero models. but that inquisitor is just an amazing mini. still, i made a rather cool base for him i have to admit ^^

How did you make the sword for the cultist from the dark vengeance set?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

WoodlandHermit In reply to EmperorBassexe [2013-07-22 20:50:59 +0000 UTC]

it was a halberd blade from a grey knight box set

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

EmperorBassexe In reply to WoodlandHermit [2013-07-22 21:35:09 +0000 UTC]

Terminators or the regular GK strike squads? And it's a single blade? No conversions or adding more to the blade length?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

WoodlandHermit In reply to EmperorBassexe [2013-07-22 21:36:20 +0000 UTC]

u get the same weps in both sets as all grey knights can have each weapon. but i think it was a regular set. i had spares from both tho. and no i just pinned the blade on at the hilt.
