all the metal parts are leather punch rivets that you hammer together. you can get them here at tandy leather. [link]

Hey! this looks great! is it very articulate? I would think you hardened the leather or something no?

the leather i used was pretty stiff and thick, so it helps the articulation and overall feel. also made the holes for the rivets bigger for the articulated joints. I'm pretty happy with it. when i get more $ ill be making more leather stuff, so more to come.
