Description
Part two of the Harry Potter series I'm doing. :DSnape has always been one of my favourite characters. He's quite easily the most complicated and most layered character in the whole HP series. It's excellent.

...I'll have to give that an ewww, rofl. A chapter or two of b'awwwwwe and d'awwwwwe in the final book does not erase the fact that he was an extremely annoying character for me.

I won't deny that I totally ship Snape/Lily, but I have always positively loved Snape from a character development point of view. He's so fascinating. Every single book it's like "OH HAY, YOU THOUGHT YOU HAD HIM ALL FIGURED OUT, LOL NO YOU DIDN'T". And I love characters like that.
But I in no way judge people who don't agree with me on that. I can easily see how people wouldn't like him. I think he's a giant fucking douchenozzle, but he's excellently written as one.
