i wanted to make more variety available, so here is one of the form designs i'd been hiding away :3c
these guys are the Surf build, mostly stand out with their long clawed feet, slit pupils, large neck pouches, and wing-like arms!
the neck-pouches are due to them mostly swallowing their food whole, unlike other phinleos
they're a weird combo of snake and pelican in that their mouth can open way bigger than it looks

surf phinleos usually prefer isolation, even from their own kind. they form little groups at most and nearly never settle, constant travelers.
the highest amount of surf phinleos in any actual settlement is in Rune, the shanty town of misfits and those who dont fit in
they also love to use their wings to slide down sand dunes and off cliffs like a penguin born 2 race

also yeah that tiny lil guy with this dude is a salamaid, god its been so long since i've drawn one
