Took a recipe I found and changed it to my liking and I've been serving just me and my mother so this is just a 2 serving recipe but its really easy so you can end up making more servings lol

INGREDIENTS:
5-7 small red potatoes cubed
2 eggs
3 or 4 slices of bacon cut into 4ths
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup chopped tomato (doesn't matter what type of tomato)
1/4 cup shredded cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Put potato cubes and bacon pieces in skillet. Cook till potatoes start to brown and soften and until bacon starts to brown. Add 2 eggs on top and make sure yoke is running. Flip and stir everything around and add cheese as eggs are cooking.
Once eggs are cooked and cheese melted, you have yourself a yummy breakfast lol
