Two pretty cheap lights with umbrellas. Considering the price of other lights, these would be a good start.

Just a little.
I try not to do too much.
I will basically just use an action in PS.
Maybe some slight level adjustments or curve adjustment.
I try to keep my photos as close to the original as possible.
