Description
This is the banner of the titular nation, a member of the Eurasian Empowerment Pact (EEP) in the 'Disunited Nations' universe. Near the mid-21st century, Russia, along with the People's Republic of China (PRC), went under too much pressure with the demise of the UN and collapsed. Other powers emerged from the chaos and took much Russian land in a power vacuum. Shrunken to a fraction of its former size and glory, Russia suffered greatly. Rival extremist groups vied for power for what was left of the Motherland, and several National Bolshevik groups came together as one movement and established order and peace with force and subversion. Over the decades, this new Russia would seek to spread National Bolshevik ideals past its borders, and gain back its former glory.

Heading to the 22nd century, through a series of implanting operatives across the Slavic lands of Europe, the Russians put out a new message of comradery and ethnic unity to their new members as annexations followed one-by-one. With these new expansions and economic success coming back, the Russians and other pro-NB Slavic leaders came together and established the Brotherhood of Panslavia. With the annexation of Hungary and Romania into its fold, the Panslavians have come into conflict with the European Federation (EF), and have some of the most intense border-defense systems in the world across the border with the Baltic countries. Combining old-time, oil-based mechanics with high-tech AI and power-up capabilities, the Panslavians have unleashed rugged, tough and practical military hardware during battle, including the infamous werewolf-like Vudkolak robots, KA-150 attack helicopters, and behemoth tanks donning railguns. Another insidious invention that the Panslavians have been using are grenades, when triggered by enemy movement, shoot out of the ground, and skip around while spewing lava-based material everywhere. The results have been brutal towards Panslavia's enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Through a series of defeats in battles with the Turkish Khaganate and Iron Khanate, the Panslavians have sued for peace with the latter entities and joined together as the EEP. Their goal, despite the differences put forward by Pan-Turanism and Pan-Slavism, is to embrace Eurasianism and how such powers can dominate the world and put in a direction that fits the EEP's agenda. As a result, they are the main rivals of the North American States (NAS) and EF. They also are engaged in struggle for the balance of power in Asia against the Inter-Asian Treaty Group (ITG).
