Description: A independent man who is rather loyal and caring to his friends and siblings, he may seem rather loud and prideful at himself, but he can also be serious in certain situations, also the type of person you wouldn't want to have a fight with especially if it's something about his family or drunk but not often, he also is suffering from malnutrition during the Great Famine. ; He is known as the eldest out of them all.
He is called 'ROI' for short or even just Ireland.
He has a love for Gaelic Football and hurling, potatoes, tap dancing and a dog person, but when taking care of a child he has no clue whatsoever, it left him useless especially around Northern Ireland and it pretty much hurts his pride as the eldest, seeing his brothers do better, he is trying his best to give his young sibling the attention he didn't get even if it tends to be rather awkward in the end.
He also has inherited the family's ability to see magical beings
Relationship:
England: The two had a long bitter past, but slowly getting along with one another, the two may argue and fight but not to the part where it gets extremely violent, deep down he still cares for that young man, but not that obvious.
Scotland: Out of all of his siblings, he favors Scotland out of all, he is always seen with him even during their childhood there was not one day they weren't together. The two are undeniably close that it's questionable. Scotland acts rather maturely than him and jokes whether which one of them is the eldest, but he can be as childish as he is with the pranks around their younger brother, and it makes England agitated at how they're acting.
Wales: (Empty as always.. Hahah... I might change this..) He and Wales has a nice and alright relationship, whenever he feels down Wales would be there to comfort his sibling with positive compliments and tags along when he and and Scotland would hang out; Ireland would come to him for friendly advice.
Northern Ireland: As the two have this torn relationship, it's not strange to see some silent pauses when together, awkward greetings and such. But they seem to be getting along slowly; NI just addresses him by his name or ROI unlike England who he calls 'Brother' all the time. He doesn't seem to mind though.
Russia: It was strange to see this two together, it would frighten his younger brother as to why and how he's friends with that man. But they seem to be friendly, and sends greetings from time to time.

I am still troubled in giving him a last name, I haven't found anything that I find fitting yet(?) and his description is too short that it bothers me.. I'm not good at this.. I might change the drawing though. While waiting patiently for Himaruya's announcement on his drawings on who is who, I might as well put my OC out since I know there'll be a official anyway.
The markers makes it look like he doesn't have orange hair. Even the picture does not fit his profile.. Oh god why. DD': I don't feel like I did a good job.
I also thought of something funny like he is cautious about his appearance all the time and would shave his eyebrows and cover up his freckles but ack, I don't know. Seems too much.

Gaelic Football and Hurling are more Irish and more commonly played than rugby.
What about relations with Spain, France, Germany and America? They have all at times helped the Irish. During the Elizabethan conquest of Ireland the Spanish sent troops to protect Ireland from England (sadly they failed), in 1798 the French sent troops to Ireland to liberate it from Britain (again sadly they failed.), during the 1916 Easter Rising the Germans sent weapons to the Irish Volunteers, and the Americans sent weapons to help Ireland during the Irish War of Independence and the Troubles.
