Description
Mustafa is a name of African origin meaning "chosen" or "selected." [Uru ends up naming her son after Mustafa, for Mufasa sounds very much like her mentor's name] She descended from a line of lions born and bred in the knowledge of the shadow arts and magic lore, as well as stationed with the honor of guarding the royal family. They were trained to be silent and deadly, like spies but much more so. They were often stationed to keep evil spirits away. Generations have fallen however thanks to war, illness and general beliefs changing over the years. Just as such, the knowledge and belief of magic, inhuman power and spiritual guidance had decayed just as much as Mustafa's people died alongside it. There is only a handful of lions in this group around, being Mustafa, Chaonaine, Hanbadoon, Uru [after her exile], and some nameless ones. Mustafa is a stern but motherly lioness who demands respect just by the way she walks. She keeps a calm, level-head that she passes onto Uru in their time of exile together and is a no nonsense sort of lady. Mustafa can be sarcastic at times, usually her way of expressing humor and enjoys intimidating others [though doesn't mean it in a malicious sort]. She is intelligent and wise about the world.
