~FINALLY, I got something done!!!
Here's Victini, the only Pokemon that could easily win an election in my opinion. ~~
I'm still relatively new to painting in this style, (which I plan on sticking with from now on until I find another style that appeals to me) so please don't chew me up if there are some mistakes... lD
