I love the style and the tones. Is there a program or anything specific you do that gives your artwork great greyscale tones?

I inked and toned this in Deleter Comicworks, which is a handy, easy to use inking and toning program. Another good program that I use sometimes is E-frontier's Manga Studio which is also a great toning program and is also pretty affordable.
