Current Skill Level: Intermediate
Earth Columns | An offensive maneuvre where columns of rock are forced out of the ground.
Earth Mannequin | Small earth sculptures can be crafted and moved from place to place. Pandora uses this technique to aid in communicating her thoughts or in telling a story.
Earth Levitation | Pieces of stone and rock can be levitated and propelled at foes. Pandora's main offensive move and the one she finds easiest.

Earth Launch | Rock is moved beneath the bender which launches them into the air.
-
Potential/Locked Skills | Metalbending | Requires 2000(?) coppers and Pandora to be 5 years old.
-
Fighting Style | Pandora is very feisty in battle - often, she'll go for the offensive attack rather than the defensive. However, this leaves her very open to attacks if she is not well prepared to counter it. Because of her inability to make vocal noises, she will often use the silence that accompanies her as an advantage and sneak up on her opponent before she is spotted.

-
Naïve & Impressionable | With Pandora's inability to ask the questions that run through her mind, she has grown up only ever really knowing the basic things that cats have told her. From the law to a (very basic and awkward) discussion of the birds and the bees, the she-cat has been left with many gaps in her mind to fill. Combined with her inexperience, Pandora has a lot to learn. She finds it difficult to tell when cats are lying to her as she's so eager to learn and be told things, making her an easy target for shameless flirting or convincing her to do something that she most likely shouldn't - causing her to be rather gullible and easy to manipulate.
Impulsive & Rash | One of her more negative traits, Pandora is a very impulsive she-cat. If she's even thinking about hitting someone irritating with a pebble, chances are she's already done so in the time it's taken her to think. While her impulsive nature can initially give her an advantage in battle as she'll rush in and attack immediately, this also leaves her very vulnerable as her behaviour lacks control and restraint. While she has had these traits since childhood, they have only improved slightly with age and she still retains this to a degree.
Feisty & Confident | With a lack of voice, Pandora found it difficult to gain attention as a kit. As a result the she-cat's behaviour became rather pompous and feisty as she did her best to draw attention to herself - not wanting to be on the sidelines of her family or her companions. She isn't afraid to waltz up to cats and interact despite her inability to speak, and is rarely shy when doing so unless near a cat she's attracted to or respects - though she won't hesitate to flirt back once she builds up her confidence and when such a situation arises. For a silent feline, she is very headstrong and will rarely show any signs of wavering or changing her mind, confident in her choices and beliefs which almost leads to the belief that she is stubborn.
Loving & Affectionate | Pandora is very loving and affectionate towards cats she has formed a bond with - this is usually expressed through lots of nuzzles and cuddles as those are the best way for her to communicate such feelings. She adores affection being shown towards her and yearns for it, meaning that when a cat plays hard to get or standoffish she's attracted to the challenge of earning that from them. However, Pandora often finds it difficult to tell when to stop pushing some cats limits and she can soon become a burden if she tries a little too hard.
Expressive & Energetic | Pandora has become a very expressive she-cat through both her body language and her facial expressions, a trait that helps her make up for her lack of voice. When she can't express her feelings through body language, she'll use her earth mannequin ability to "act out" her replies. A she-cat that is very full of life, Pandora is rarely sitting still. If she's not busy out on patrols or hunting to aid the clan, she's in the nursery creating little earth mice mannequins for the kits to chase or pestering cats for cuddles. She is always busy doing something and rarely seems to appear tired, a trait that can be a little annoying to cats that don't share her enthusiasm.
Attached & Sensitive | When Pandora develops a bond with a cat, or in many cases an unrequited attachment, she'll become a little clingy and doting. She simply feels a lot of affection towards cats she cares for and is still learning that boundaries aren't always the same for every cat. To make matters a little more awkward, Pandora is rather sensitive when it comes to her own feelings - and when a cat snaps at her or lashes out in return for her behaviour she'll take it to heart and get upset, something she tries to not show but often fails at doing so. Lately she has become better at hiding such traits though finds it difficult to do so.
Astute & Intuitive | While Pandora can be naive at times, she can often be a good judge of a cats character if given long enough to observe them. Through expressing herself with her own body language she has learned to pick up and understand other felines', though it takes her a while in order to do so. When she spends long enough with a cat she'll start to understand their little traits and quirks, though this proves rather useless in battle as she never gives herself time in order to judge a cats' next move unless she has fought with them before.
-
Fears
Being Forgotten | With no way to communicate vocally, Pandora fears that everyone will forget who she is. While it's a little silly and very unlikely that it would happen, the she-cat cares very much about her place in the world and not to be remembered by other cats would devastate her.
Dying Alone | More than anything, Pandora would love to settle down with a tom that she loves and start a family. However, as it's difficult for her to communicate she worries that no tom will show interest in her, or give their relationship a chance to start. The little she-cat worries that she'll leave the earth without a family to remember her.

Pandora's personality may potentially differ over time due to interactions that have an influence on her, as well as her age.

Kithood
Tanvorite was a large, rather headstrong earthbender tom who was the complete opposite of his mate - Doe was a shy non-bender with a fascination for everything in nature, from bugs to flowers. They made an odd pair, but perhaps that was what they found attractive in each other. Nonetheless the two were inseparable, and soon Doe was expecting kits - quite a large litter if the size her belly swelled to was any indication. After several weeks of waiting, Pandora was born alongside three other rambunctious kits - her only brother, Pewter, and twin sisters Petunia and Poppy - all named by her mother after creatures and beings of nature.
It was a shock to find that one of their kits couldn't speak at first - but the two new parents were simply too happy to truly be bothered by it, especially after the healer insisted that Pandora was healthy in every other way. However, it bothered the she-kit - finding it hard to communicate with her brother and sisters, she often found herself on the sidelines of any games the litter played together, causing her to grow frustrated. As a result, Pandora became extremely feisty and often forced her way into games and discussions, much to the annoyance of her siblings. Even at a young age the she-kit began to grow jealous of them, desperately wishing for the opportunity to be involved and included but feeling limited by her lack of vocals.
It was soon to be her sisters' turn to feel jealousy however, when it was discovered Pandora and Pewter were both benders. Pandora was ecstatic to finally have attention focused on her as her parents cooed over their kits' newfound abilities, and she completely lavished in it, a smug smile almost permanently etching its way onto her face. Petunia and Poppy lacked the abilities their siblings displayed and as a result the litter was divided by their conflicting emotions, bender against non-benders. Pandora and Pewter grew closer as a result, the two constantly finding situations in which to use their bending whether they were bickering or playing. The twins stuck close to their non-bender mother, often refusing to speak to their siblings out of envy - though Pandora was far too happy to care. She had established a friendship with her brother and the adoration of her parents, and that was more than she could have asked for.
Moons seemed to almost fly by, and soon she and her siblings were at the age where they were to become apprentices. It seemed to come too quickly for Pandora's liking, and the playful, confident she-cat couldn't predict how much work was soon to be in store for her.
Summary:
Tanvorite and Doe have a litter of four kits - three girls; Pandora, Poppy and Petunia, and a boy; Pewter.
The parents learn that Pandora is mute, but are unconcerned as she is healthy in every other way.
Pandora finds it difficult to forge a bond with her siblings and is often left out of games due to her lack of communication, causing her to grow jealous of her siblings.
Pandora and her brother discover their ability to bend, and bond over this mutual gift while her other sisters grow jealous and distant.
Pandora's apprenticeship ceremony comes, and she doesn't feel ready for what is in store.
Apprenticeship
To say Pandora's apprenticeship got off to a rather rocky (excusethepun)start would be an understatement. The mute little she-cat was assigned to a mentor whose demeanour was the exact opposite of her own - Stalagmite was a cold, serious and easily bothered tom who simply didn't have the patience to deal with such a feisty apprentice like Pandora. The she-cat was headstrong, rushing into situations without thinking about them first; and it cost her several kills when hunting that could have easily been hers with a little patience. Furthermore, she didn't assess what was in front of her when battling, her impulsive and feisty nature causing issues when she tried to attack and instead found herself vulnerable. Stalagmite's tolerance and patience proved to wear extremely thin in his many attempts to train Pandora - and he soon turned nasty, barking out insults when she couldn't do something right and insinuating that she was simple because of her inability to speak. His words hurt the she-cat, and often she'd run from their training sessions when an onslaught of sad emotions overcame her, trying not to appear weak in front of her mentor - though he was rather indifferent, simply not caring and pleased that he didn't have to deal with his apprentice longer than he had to.
Pandora would often find herself curled up in the apprentice's den being comforted by Pewter, her brother aware of how her mentor treated her and promising that he'd help change that. Often the two would sneak out of camp after their lessons, the tom showing Pandora the moves he had learned from his own mentor and helping her practice her bending. The methods that Pewter learned were much easier for Pandora to pick up, and soon enough she began to improve - causing much less hassle during training sessions with Stalagmite. Soon enough he eased up on her, instead showing indifference as she got better at maneuvres and hunting despite the fact she still allowed her impulsive nature to get the better of her - he was bored of training a she-cat he believed was simple and wanted freedom from his duties as a mentor as soon as possible.
It was thrilling for Pandora to be allowed down into the mines not long before she was a year of age along with her siblings - while her mentor was supposed to supervise her choice in mineral, he simply waited outside the entrance, giving her free reign. She was overwhelmed with options but eventually settled on a decently-sized piece of beryl, easily carving it from the rocky wall. A glint of orange caught her eye once the rock that had once held the beryl crumbled away and curiosity caused Pandora to dig a little deeper, eyes wide as she found a chunk of amber - the fossil encasing and perfectly preserving a small moth. Believing it was fate, Pandora excitedly chose this to present to Novaculite at the ceremony with pride, heart swelling in happiness as the alpha suggested that she keep the amber with a small smile and nod towards her prize. She and her three siblings were declared warriors that day, and the litter made their way to sit vigil for their right of passage.
The vigil went by extremely slowly however, and Pandora's siblings found it difficult to entertain themselves when being forced to stand guard. The mute she-cat on the other hand found a way to occupy herself, using pieces of the earth to smooth and carve the chunk of amber she could now call hers. After several days of working on and off on the piece, she had left herself with a pendant that she would wear, a reminder of one of her proudest days always carried around her neck.
Summary:
Pandora was assigned Stalagmite as a mentor - a tom whose personality clashed with her own.
Her impulsiveness caused difficulties when training, and her mentor soon turned sour, insulting her abilities and mental state of mind.
Was comforted by and trained with her brother Pewter in secret in order to improve her bending, succeeding in satisfying Stalagmite
Finds a fossilised piece of amber with a moth in it, choosing to present this to the alpha for her rite of passage
Keeps the amber and fashions a necklace out of it during her guard
Becomes a warrior w00t
Adulthood
The transition into adulthood was an exciting one for Pandora - the small feast that was held in her litter's honour went well and even her sisters lightened up enough to be pleasant to their two bender siblings. She was always eager to contribute to her clan, joining as many patrols and hunting parties as she could to begin with. However, the novelty was soon lost when her impulsive nature caused one too many missed hunting opportunities and often she was advised to stay behind, much to her annoyance.
She found other ways to entertain herself and others around the clan though - practicing her earthbending until she could replicate forms of many animals and objects in the rock. Often she'd find herself playing games with the kits of the clan, creating a rock mouse for them to chase around the camp, or helping newly fledged apprentices practice their bending by making feline figures chase them. The she-cat enjoyed it as much as the others did, and her help didn't go unappreciated. Mothers would have a well-earned rest while Pandora entertained the kittens, and apprentices could practice their bending as much as they liked. Activities like these made Pandora feel useful to the clan despite the fact she wasn't quite as effective in other ways, and the thoughts consoled her.
Nowadays, she continues the same routine but feels that she still has more to give - whether to the clan or simply to another cat, Pandora just hopes that she's able to do as time goes by and she finds more that she can offer.
Summary:
Began life as a warrior eager to go on patrols on hunt, but her inexperience and lack of control often caused a little disruption - soon Pandora was advised her help was not needed all of the time.
Spent her time perfecting her earth mannequin technique, which she uses to entertain kits or help apprentices out with their bending.
Feels that she has more to offer the clan, and wants to find out what.

October | Searching For Starfall
Scanning the area, the little she-cat squinted slightly. The mist that came from the sea in the morning was yet to clear - and intertwined with the smoke from the factories, they were lucky that they could see at all. The fact that the night was falling quickly phased October, and she knew that the pair had to act quickly. Flicking her tail in a gesture to follow, the she-cat squeezed herself behind some crates that lay close to the wall of a warehouse, out of sight of the humans. She had several encounters with humans in the past - it was unavoidable as a gang cat, but frowned upon. She had seen a few gang cats become too friendly with the two-legged monstrosities, which more or less ended in them receiving a collar around their neck to crown them what was dubbed as a 'pet'. It was disgusting, it was unnatural and it was pitiful. In the past, humans would often try to touch the she-cat - but once receiving the disfiguring facial scar, they flinched away from her like the plague or attempted to shoo her away violently - and now, she found it safer to stay as far away as possible.
"I'm one hundred percent sure that the cat's in that warehouse next to those stalls - I can definitely smell them," she murmured, biting her tongue immediately afterwards - the words were a lie that she couldn't bring herself to prevent. The scent trail had all but been masked by the overwhelming stench of fish, becoming practically non-existent. The heart beat faster against her front leg, and she growled slightly at the pulse. She had grown used to this occurrence, but that did not mean it wasn't bothersome - October lived in constant fear that one day, some cat would notice. The heart was a hinderance to the she-cat's life, a punishment for her past lies. She despised the thing, yet couldn't be apart from it - lest her lies be found out.
Glancing back at the fluffy Siberian, she gestured towards the humans at the stalls. "We go as soon as they're not looking, alright?"
