You're so right. The two are quite beautiful, and the scene is very lovely and evokes very warm, tender feelings. (Perhaps as much as a couple of awkward preteens are allowed.) I love her provocative expression, so "breathy" as she looks up into his eyes, and Dipper's nervous reaction is perfect. That and their postures make it clear exactly how Pacifica feels about her young hero.
