You know what his face reminds me of? When I'm at Starbucks waiting to order and the person in front of me keeps asking what this means and what that coffee is and then changes their minds left and right! That's what this face is to me. It's the, "Just order your damn coffee and go away!"

You know, it's really fascinating how much detail there seems to be, particularly in the sun-lit areas of your painting... though the hair seems to be only under 100 or so strokes, when you look away from the screen, ever so slightly, it is like he's really got hundreds of strands of hair! The same goes for his ruffled collar.
While this is a beautiful painting of this insane man (no other way to describe him), if there's anybody I enjoy beating up to a pulp with my bare fists and boots (in-game)... even more so than those persistently annoying minstrels, it's Cesare. Still... greatest, and most charismatic villain ever!
lol, btw, did you know in the English version of the game Cesare's voice actor also voiced Francesco di Pazzi? I can just hear them now, talking side-by-side: "Guards! GUARDS!!!"

Seriously, I didn't have the time to sit and properly paint this, so I've kept the brush strokes to a minimum, trying to suggest more than actually paint... Glad to know you like the overall effect though! <:
Haha, I know the feeling. To be honest, I kinda like Cesare Borgia in real life - and also in the game, but there, I want to kick him at the same time! XD
I didn't know they had the same voice actor! XD I can't help but think they wouldn't really get along... c;
