Just a small motivational, for our down times when we stare at that painting, or block of clay, or the paper on our desk, or whatever else, and think 'What the frack happened?'

I wasn't going to add anything originally but then the image got me thinking, "Don't we all have days like this?". As much as I feel the style kinda represents someone beating themselves up more than thinking "I'm not bad, just need to try" the words themselves allow you to understand this isn't just a simple case of "I'm crap" or "Meh, what's the point?" but rather "I don't mind what you think. I'm gonna do it anyway". Afterall, isn't that generally what arts about?
I gotta admit, it's not two of my favourite colours but then again, being told your art isn't brilliant isn't exactly one of my favourite things so on that level it kinda speaks to me. It's good though, after a few minutes of looking at it, I liked it.

It's true. I'll admit that even I do this way more the is ever nessesary. I will offten write "I know this sucks...epic fail!" when I don't ever mean it. You express something with this that many artists face. A strange hatred of mistakes. IM QUOTING HERE- "Mistakes are the building blocks of wisdom."
I like the layout too. It has an impact.
I hope this message and be convaied to ever artist.
Don't be afraid of mistakes!
I would love to see more work held to this standard, and less of that "epic fail" bull crap!

this is great! it's absoulutly perfect! i just got my first tablet today and i failed at even trying to draw something remotely "artistic", then i saw this work, it rlly lifted my spirits! i would super fav this if DA would allow it!
