Ah. I was setting up streaming on Twitch to give it a try and it accidentally loaded up Picarto for a little bit.

Don't worry about it. I would suggest Twitch in this case since that lets you save your past streams automatically(called "vods")for a couple months, and if your viewership grows, would be ideal for those who cannot watch it live.
I'm not wholly familiar with the idea of Twitch being used for drawing though. I can't even recall others who do that but I know they exist.
