Do you see it?This is from my design class I took last semester. I HATED this class. One week out of the semester a classmate and I snuck out and had races from designated points on campus back to the classroom. Almost got caught once. They were 3 hr studios so almost everyone left at some point or the other.
My favorite response to anyone who asked me about the class was "Still wanna stab that woman in the eye." As you can see I was very enthusiastic about this class. I did learn a lot, though for all the pain. And made some cool designs... if I can find them.

Well, I wouldn't call it my best work. Not even for that class. But i don't hate it, so there it is. Hopefully enough design soaked in that I can apply it to other artwork.

Look in the top right hand corner. It's made out of sharp angles. This project was done based off of shapes that we created out of lines that we made as basic designs. Each one of our pieces was a continuation of the next. NOTHING was allowed to be objective. But this shape looked like a magpie to me and one of my friends (I just never told her).
Another student suggested it looked like a Mexican blanket.

I never liked doing actually art projects for school. It was very uninspirational to me. The best painting/drawing/sketching stuff I've ever done was not for school.
