A contest entry and fanart for the comic "Flaky Pastry" ([link] ).

Even though I am from Europe and thus never really read or even liked American comics, I must admit that the covers at least have some charm to them, especially when we are talking about old, beat-up copies.
That being said, I always wanted to create a pastiche of that particular style of drawing, complete with aging marks, and this contest was the perfect opportunity. Enjoy!
