Yes, they are pretty high up Espeon can levitate using some psychic skills maybe?

I wanted to do traditional, but I couldn't achieve that light-effect so...

XD Tropius can learn solarbeam before level 50 XD (so I used it for my sapphire version battle tower challenge) It is really a very good pokemon.
