My first attempt ever scratching together a map, so... yay? I think it turned out pretty well, though it could use a few more landmarks. Got sorta tuckered out in the end, too much detail. TAT;Cities and The Capital should be obvious. Empty diamonds are cities that just don't have a name (and simply referred to City of (Insert Ruler)), small font is rivers and italics is landmarks.

The map was an experimental exercise in photoshop. It involved hundreds (around 700~, give or take) of NASA photos, both of earth and other planets, very carefully stitched together and colored to make the geography I was looking for. I love how it came out, but I never did anything like it again. Too much work!
There's way too much information to summarize in a limited comment, but most of the cities and locations are gathered from the descriptions of hell in various religions.
