HOOOKAY So this has really been something happening for a bit but.... I still was tiptoeing around and debating but heck I think it's time to lay it out.I am dropping out of PMD-E.
I'm sure that was pretty evident for a while, with my inactivity. I had lost motivation to do stuff for it quite some time ago, yet I told myself not to leave in case I ever wanted to participate again. This, though, led PMD-E to be a bit of a burden for me. Even though I kept claiming I was taking a hiatus from it, or whatever, I would still feel this constant obligation to do something. I joined PMDE to do comics for fun, but now it was becoming something I didn't want to do out of fun, but out of "I really should do this, I guess...". But don't get me wrong. When I was fully active in PMDE it was a blast. I have many fond memories and I have met so many wonderful people from it. I couldn't ask for anything better!
Sadly though it's time I move on. Though don't worry about these guys--They will certainly still be around, for they are very dear to me. They just won't be in stuff related to PMD-E anymore. Also yes! Tommy above there is evolved. I had planned to evolve him next time I got a scroll.
But all in all, I want to thank all of you! It was you that made this experience such a delight, and what led me to draw the zany adventures of this motley crew. Thank you all for your support! Again, I couldn't ask for anything better.
PS. Chances are I'll be uploading some unfinished comics and revealing stories on my tumblr , if you're interested in any more of these guys in the PMDE verse.

Yay, way to finish strong! Despite the hiatus, the work you have done has been amazing and I just love these guys. Remember that you are not the only one to bow out of PMDE, and you have done so more gracefully than a few others might have. I am looking forward to seeing more of your art.Β

Aww, it is kinda sad to see them go (especially since I'm just getting back into dA after Arceus-knows how long I've been gone. :'D), but I can understand the fact that you just don't have motivation. I'd rather you do what you want rather than feel obligated to do what everyone else wants you to do. This is your page, and your time. Besides, it's not like they'll be gone FOREVER. Who knows? You might have the urge to just draw them one day. The WTC will never truly be gone. :3

PMD-E is more exacting group because of deadlines etc. If you want to join somewhere just for fun with no duress I could recommend #PokemonRainbow to you
It's awesome group where you don't have strict deadlines to get prizes and you don't have to be active all the time, only when you feel like it

Aww, well that's totally fine! I like the WTC but you've been around since the beginning and I totally understand your dropping out, I'm considering doing so as well.
Nothing lasts forever.

I completely understand your desire to leave. PMDE's becoming a bit more of a chore to me as well (deadlines and I don't mix I've realized xD), and I plan to switch to a more casual themed team rather than leave it completely. Your comics with these crazy four have been fantastic and I've loved seeing you grow as an artist through them. <3 Best of luck with your other projects! I'll be keeping an eye out for your art. c:

I understand how that is, same thing happened to me with PMD-E; I joined to have fun & help we with drawing comics & such, but it eventually became too much & was no longer having fun
I didn't say anything though because I thought I might still become active again one day, but when I finally decided I was going to come back (when everyone was sent back in time & all) I drew & inked the lineart to update the apps & my scanner stopped working, so now I can only scan things on Sunday while at my friends' house :TΒ
so I'm trying to think of other things to have my 8 lovely characters, that I do really adore, in, just not sure what yet >.>

UUURrrrrrrggghhh... It had to be you too. First Pep, then Lizard, and then EoD. FFFFFFfffff... I WISH THIS WASN'T HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!!! Well, it was inevitable anyways... I can't even finish what I started with Sync Ops; Amber and John are left on a cliffhanger that I just can't find the drive to move them past. *Sigh* I had a couple of ideas for them too...Β
And now with a lot of the powerhouse artists and writers leaving PMD-E... I'm not sure if I can even keep S.O. in either. But hey, at least it was a good run while it lasted. (Well, except for me. I haven't been active for nearly a year, so yeah...) But still, WTC has received enough development to leave the house and start anew, under the direction of one very talented DA gal right before us watchers. You and your "Motley Mon" can just rock on with the rhythm of the "wind". Fly on y'all! You got a future ahead of ya...

Meanwhile, I've been in since the end of Guild Appreciation Day and I've done two missions myself, three collab missions that got through scripting and stayed there, and basically just mentally participated in the rest.
GOOD THING IS, WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING BOOTED FROM THE GROUP.
I WOULD HAVE BEEN KICKED OUT TWO YEARS AGO IF THAT WERE THE CASE.

I do think it's kind of interesting how a lot of people are leaving PMD-E around this time, even if it's all for different reasons. (Which may or may not have to do with the plot slowing down or PK and Marl leaving or both.) Either way, I wish you luck in whatever else you want to do!
