I find this to be a good surmise of what he would look like in all likelyhood.
QUICK idea, what if the top of Soundwave's visor mask opened to reveal his eyes, which are protected by a red visor like he had in Fall of Cybertron. The rest of his 'face' is the mask he wears daily.

This is beautiful- I would hope that if he did have a face (I like to at least pretend he does) I'd want him to look like this. Very alien-like but in a nice way- Gorgeous, I love Soundwave so much he's just adorable.

I actually like this probably the bestf all versions seen in the internet. He looks creepy, alien-like and OLD ENOUGH. It bothers me that so many make him look very young, considering that he's been there from the beginning of "Optimus Prime and Megatron". Probably even before, when they still were Megatronus and Orion Pax.
