Description So I recently rediscovered Little Shop of horrors, and remebered just how much I loved it.

But I also discovered just how PERFECT it is to cross with Burton flicks.

SO.

Here's the list of characters:

Seymour: Victor
Audrey: Victoria
Audrey 2: Oogie Boogie
Orin the dentist: Barkis
Mr. Mushnik: The Mayor

I laughed myself silly drawing this.

The funny thing is, so many people thin that Oogie is the same guy as Audrey 2, but he ain't. This is cool. Nice job

I love Little Shop Of Horrors! However, I think somewhere on some rare out of print version of the new version on DVD there IS an ending where the plant terrorizes the city of New York. I'd give anything to find that version of the DVD.

Lol, awesome idea, Squishy! I saw the play way back in High School. Can't believe you make it look like Oogie Boogie.

LSOH was my first Broadway musical, and I got to see it when Joey Fatone [of N*SYNC fame] was Seymour. It was such a terrific show and it was a lot of fun.

I think it's ingenious of you to cross Burton with LSOH, and Victor is a great Seymour.

I definitely want to see more!

LOL!!!
I was a fan of Little Shop of Horrors for quite a while. In fact, just last Christmas, I got the original movie(The one before the musical- with Jerry Lewis as Seymour.). It's cool, but the musical has a happier ending that makes more sense IMO... The original movie has a very twilight-zony ending that kind of makes you wonder: "Um... What happened after THAT?" At least it did for me- the plant ultimatly hypnotizing Seymour when he didn't do what it wanted him to do was good though.

LOL

I haven't seen the original movie, but I've heard about the weird, unhappy ending. Personally, I think that ending would've been better.

Well, after it turns out that the flowers had the faces of the people the plant ate, and Seymours flower wilts like some kind of sock puppet, I kind of wondered what happened after that...
I mean, we have a flowershop filled with people and a man-eating plant who's secret has just been reveled... Do the people in the shop get eaten now that the plant's got all this power? Do the people rise up and destroy the plant? Since Seymour's flower wilted, does that mean the plant's dead too, much like an actual Venus fly trap that can only close three times before it dies.
It was a good ending, but it kind of made me wonder "What next". Not that that's a bad thing, but the sound effect of Seymour's flower wilting sounds like a comical cartoony slide-whistle.
